R4 WAS AMAZING!!! WE HAVE TO GET A BIGGER GROUP TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR!!!

WAS IT’S NEXT WEEK!!!!!

Hey Team,

We live in an age of information overload. Your clients are drowning in Zillow alerts, interest rate headlines, and "market crash" TikTok’s. They don't need more information—they have the entire internet for that.

What they actually need is a Sense Maker.

Data vs. Insight

Most agents act like search engines: they provide the "what." Top producers act like Answer Engines: they provide the "so what?"

The Old Way (Information)

The New Way (Sense Making)

"Inventory is up 12% this month."

"More inventory means you finally have leverage to ask for repairs."

"Rates just hit 6.5%."

"Here is how that specific shift changes your monthly buying power."

"This home has been on market 60 days."

"The price is right, but the layout is niche—here’s why it’s an opportunity."

How to be the "Answer Engine" this week:

  • Filter the Noise: Don’t just forward an article. Summarize the three bullet points that actually matter to your local zip codes.

  • Predict the Friction: Don’t wait for them to ask about a scary headline. Address it upfront with a clear, calm strategy.

  • Connect the Dots: Use your expertise to explain how national trends intersect with their personal goals.

Bottom Line: Information is a commodity; your perspective is the value. People don't pay you to find the house; they pay you to help them make the right decision about the house.

Let’s go out there and be the clarity in the chaos.

Best,

~ Stacey Harley

🧠 How to Get Elite Results from AI: A 3-Step Guide

Real estate isn’t a commodity, and your advice shouldn’t be either. Use these three "Power Moves" to ensure the AI sounds like a local expert, not a generic chatbot.

1. Give it a "Job Title" (The Persona Move)

AI performs better when you tell it who it is. Instead of just asking for an email, start your prompt by assigning a high-level role.

  • Instead of: "Write an email about interest rates."

  • Try: "You are a senior real estate economist who specializes in making complex financial news easy for families to understand. Your tone is calm, reassuring, and expert."

2. Use the "80/20 Rule" for Hyperlocal Context

AI knows general facts, but it doesn't know that the construction on Main St. is finally finishing or that the new coffee shop just opened in the Heights.

  • The Rule: Let the AI do the 80% (structure, grammar, and general explanation).

  • Your Job: Add the final 20%—the "Boots on the Ground" details. Mention a specific local park, a recent school board decision, or a specific block that is currently undervalued. This is why they hire YOU, not an app.

3. The "Interview Me" Hack (Stop Guessing)

If you aren't sure what details to give the AI, let it ask you. This is the fastest way to get a perfect result on the first try.

  • The Magic Sentence: Add this to the end of any prompt:

"Before you write this, ask me 3-5 clarifying questions about my client’s specific situation so you can make the answer 100% relevant to them."

💡 Quick Troubleshooting:

  • If it sounds too formal: Tell it, "Rewrite this like a text message to a friend."

  • If it’s too long: Tell it, "Condense this into 3 punchy bullet points."

  • If it’s "hallucinating" (making up stats): Always double-check any numbers. Use AI for the explanation, but use your MLS for the data.
