We often talk about being "coachable," but what does that actually look like in practice? It’s more than just listening; it’s about being open-minded and receptive to ideas that might challenge your current way of doing things.

Open-Mindedness: Letting go of "this is how we’ve always done it" to make room for "what if we tried this?"
Receptivity: Taking in feedback without immediate defense. It’s about viewing critiques as fuel, not friction.
Coachability: The speed at which you can take a new concept and put it into action.

🚀 Your Challenge

As you jump into these sessions, I challenge you to come in with a "beginner’s mind." Ask the "silly" questions, test the new methods, and see where a little bit of curiosity takes you.
