Hey Team,

As we look at the production numbers for the start of 2026, there is a lot to be proud of. Many of you are off to an incredible start, and while we certainly celebrate the volume of transactions closed and the commissions earned, I want to take a moment to look at the deeper picture.

Numbers tell us what happened, but they don’t always show how it happened. When I look at our success so far this year, I see much more than a leaderboard.

I see the deals that didn’t close on time but were fought for and pushed to next month through sheer persistence. I see the professional relationships that were forged in the fire of difficult personal situations—moments where you led with grace and empathy to get your clients to the finish line.

I see the repeat clients who keep coming back to you. That isn’t luck; it’s the result of you positioning yourselves as their most trusted advisors. I see the "impossible" deals—the ones with messy title issues, complex easements, or last-minute financing hiccups—that forced you to learn a new skill set just to get to the closing table.

What we are truly celebrating this week is your consistency, your intentionality, and your willingness to endure.
